After receiving his Culinary Arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco, Cullen immigrated to Mexico two decades ago to take on the role of Executive Chef and Associate to a family restaurant and sports bar. After the recession of 2008 the restaurant closed, although that did not deter him from continuing his passion for the arts. He began a catering company as well as commission sculpture contracting. Cullen has dedicated his life to expanding creative expression. Between organizing art walks and founding a gallery/restaurant focused on exhibiting local artists in an artesian lounge with quality tapas and craft cocktails, he also creates sculptures in metal, ceramic, and concrete, also enjoys nature photography, while still providing private dinner services and learning new techniques to better his skills.
