Culinary Art of Cullen Record 

This page is dedicated to the Culinary Arts of Cullen Record. In 2006 he received his accreditation of gastronomy at Le Cordón Bleu in San Francisco, California and specialized in Japanese cuisine where he was fortunate to apprentice under the Sushi Master Toshiro Suwa, who immigrated from Japón in the 70’s, during his time in California.

Cullen offers services that include private dinners from 2 to 20 persons, sushi classes, and also is available for events from 20 to 200 persons if you would like to learn more about the event we welcome you to use this link: events
